1) Inflammatory posts and comments are strictly forbidden. All opinions are welcome here, but please word them carefully and respectfully to others opinions.

2) We will not tolerate anybody attacking someone on the board personally or any other public figure, this means no name calling or insults. Always try and focus on the issue rather than other members. Any comments directed at others that may cause an argument are not allowed.

3) Offensive material eg. pornography, hate websites etc etc is strictly forbidden. Anything illegal, vulgar, threatening has no bussiness on this forum. This includes signature/avatar material. Please keep in mind this is a child's forum and everything posted needs to be suitable for children.

--- Do not link to anything that may lead a member to something illegal. Such as free copyrighted music or movie downloads.

4) Fan fiction of any kind is forbidden from being posted on this forum, please do not post any stories including the stars of this forum or any other public figure.

5) NO direct linking. This means embedding pictures using the direct URL from a website. Do not steal other's bandwidth, instead save a picture to your computer and upload to your own server or one like http://www.xs.to

6) Signature pictures must not exceed 500(width) X 400(height) pixels and profile images should not exceed 740 (width) pixels, images posted in the forum must also not exceed 500 pixels in width. It can mess the skins up and slow down the board. If you want a picture or graphic resized, pm a moderator and they will be happy to help you. Any signature exceeding these dimensions will be deleted by a moderator.

7) Respect the privacy of our featured actresses, as well as of any other young celebrities that may be mentioned on the board. They are minors and for this reason, no personal information shall be disclosed publicly on this board. No email addresses, phone numbers, addresses other than fan mail addresses or comments on their private family life. No links to myspaces or emails of any kind, even if you suspect them to be fake.

8) A suspended member or a member under moderator review is not permitted to register new accounts. If we find out this has happened, your IP and accounts will be blocked and banned from the board.

9) DO NOT restart topics that have already been closed or deleted. If it is gone, it is gone for a reason and the same thing will happen again.

10) Do not test our limits or disregard warnings. If we know what you are doing, you will be banned.

11) Personal issues and situations are shared on this board at the discretion of the person posting. Do not share any issues other than your own. Discussing members who can not defend themselves or have been banned or suspended is not allowed.

12) Behaviour that makes another member of the board feel uncomfortable, whether the person it is directed at or any other member, is strictly forbidden. Please remember to respect others feelings when posting here.

13) Do not insult other message boards, websites etc on here. This is a friendly board and anything that could possibley upset another person is not allowed.

14) Please do not come on this forum simply for advertising purposes. Don't post in sections to advertise your websites or graphics unless you also participate in the rest of the forum.

15) Do not give out personal information to any other member of the board, through PM or otherwise. Do not arrange meetings on the forum, or ask others for their personal information.

The consequences for breaking any of these rules may include any of the following:
Warnings, post deletions, suspensions, thread deletions, moderator preview of posts, account suspensions, account bans, IP bans. The severity of the consequences will be directly related to the severity of the rule violation. Also, be warned that these rules apply to Personal Messages as well.

If you see a post on the board that you find offensive or do not want on here, pm a moderator straight away. If someone is harrasing you on the board, through pm, take a screen capture of the pm and send to a mod.
